Wendy undertakes residential & commercial projects. She listens to your ideas and where possible incorporates these into the overall design.

For the home owner

Wendy offers a range of services to suit your needs & budget. Assistance could be anything from helping with the selection of colours before you repaint a room, right through to completely renovating your home.

Building a new home of course requires a lot of decision making and Wendy can have an initial planning meeting to select all colours & finishes at the beginning of the designing process, and then meet with you again if required, as the project proceeds.

Wendy can assist with the following areas:

Wendy works alongside architects, kitchen designers, builders, engineers, landscape designers, lighting and flooring specialists and works well as part of a team to attain the best result for the client.

Monique Mears-King BDes

In July 2017 Monique joined the team as a qualified Interior Designer. After spending four years studying Interior Design at Massey University, she is really enjoying working with clients and achieving fantastic results for them.

Monique has the great ability to listen to what clients are wanting to achieve, and translating that into colours and finishes that they find pleasing, while adding value to their building projects. 

 

I was so impressed by Wendy's efforts I further contracted her to advise on the interior design and colour co-ordination for my 43 ft motor launch. S.V, Paraparaumu. Boat refit.

Project Planning

Wendy can help with designing the remodelling project, carry on to project costing and then if required can fully manage the project.

Project Management

Wendy takes on full project management by employing, directing and overseeing quality local tradespeople to attain the best result for the client. Weekly project updates are sent to the client to keep them informed of progress.

Overseas owners have appreciated Wendys’ integrity and communication skills in managing local work on their behalf.

Commercial Projects

Wendy can put together colour boards & specifications. She can present these at a board meeting to highlight the features and benefits of the selected designs. Call Wendy to discuss your requirements.
